The Details of the Question

Salam. I wish to meet my future wife in Ukraine and my question is if the Islamic center in Kiev can marry us unofficially. Why I say unofficially is because I am applying for a Finance visa for her in the USA and if they find out we are already married, the visa will be cancelled and I will be asked to file for marriage visa and waiting period for this visa called K3 is over a year. You can marry unofficially. If you get marry in the presence of witnesses then your marriage will be valid.
