Is prayer invalidated if a person reads the supplication "Tukhrijna" after at-Tahiyyat, Salli and Barik supplications in the last sitting?
Dear Brother / Sister,
"Allahumma la tukhrijna minaddünya illa ma'ashshahadati wal iman." (O Allah! Do not send us out from this world except with kalima ash-shahadah and belief.)
It is stated in some supplication books that it is virtuous to read this supplication. However, according to Hanafi madhhab, it is more virtuous to read the supplications of salli, barik and rabbana supplications after at-Tahiyyat.
Prayer is not invalidated if it is read in the first sitting but it becomes necessary to make sajdah as-sahw. Prayer is not invalidated if it is read in the last sitting and it does not become necessary to make sajdah as-sahw either.
