We read hadiths and we should read hadiths; the benefits of hadiths like increasing man’s belief, good manners, love of Allah and His Messenger (pbuh) and learning the life of the Prophet are clear.
However, as for deducing decrees from hadiths, you should consult scholars about it. It is necessary to look at the explanations and the sources of fiqh and kalam according to the topic of the hadith.
