Wearing a mask and gloves does not prevent prayer. A prayer performed like that is valid.
It is not makruh to perform prayers by wearing masks and to cover the mouth and the nose in prayer.
Prostration by wearing a mask is valid; it is not necessary to leave the nose uncovered.
