Can a woman be a pilot?
- Is it religiously permissible for a woman who wears hijab to go to the Air Force Academy of the National Defense University for education and to become a military pilot for her country?
- What should she be careful about if she becomes a pilot?

Dear Brother / Sister,
We do not know with whom a woman is together and works together in the army to be a pilot during her education and training and what kind of togetherness it is.
In fiqh, there is a concept called “ikhtilat”, which means men and women being together and intimate to the extent that it will lead to haram.
Since it is not necessary for women to be pilots, it is not permissible if there is any ikhtilat.
