Are Sunnah prayers and witr prayers that are missed performed later as qada? How should one make niyyah if he performs the morning prayer after the sunrise and before noon?
When a person performs the morning prayer after the sunrise and before noon, should he make niyyah as the morning prayer of today or missed (qada) morning prayer of today? Should he also perform the sunnah of the morning prayer if he performs it after the sunrise and before noon. I have heard that it is necessary to perform the first sunnah of the noon prayer and witr prayer as qada if they are missed. Is it true? Or, should only the fard of the noon and night prayer be performed as qada prayers?

Dear Brother / Sister,
If the morning prayer is missed and if it is performed after the sunrise and before noon on the same day, the niyyah is made as follows: "I intend to perform the morning prayer as qada (missed prayer)."
If the morning prayer is missed and if it is performed after the sunrise and before noon on the same day, the fard is performed along with the sunnah; if it is performed after that, the sunnah is not performed as qada.
It is wajib to perform a missed witr prayer as qada. Therefore, the qada of witr prayer can be performed any time.
Sunnah prayers are not performed as qada. Therefore, the sunnah prayers of the noon and night prayers are not performed as qada. However, if the first sunnah of the noon prayer cannot be performed before the fard, it can be performed after the fard.
