The Details of the Question

- I lost my eyebrows and eyelashes due to an illness. I found a kind of permanent make-up done with mineral pigments based on the method of applying those pigments under the skin. I know that it will not prevent wudu since it is applied under the skin.

- What is the decree about this application? Does it mean to change the creation? Is it like tattoo? Or, is it like normal make-up that should not be shown to non-mahram men?
