The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
If it is for treatment, it is permissible; if it is not for treatment, it is regarded as adornment and it is not permissible to show to those who are non-mahram.
Oily creams that do not form a permanent layer on the body do not prevent wudu and ghusl. However, the oily creams that form a permanent layer on the body prevent wudu and ghusl.
