The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
There are two views regarding the issue; you can act according to the second view:
The pure water coming out of the pimples on the body is like blood and invalidates wudu according to the sound view. According to another view, it does not invalidate wudu.
The second view contains ease for those who suffer from scabies and smallpox. It is reported from Imam Hulwani that it is permissible to act in accordance with this view when there is a necessity.
However, if the blood and pus coming out of the acnes on the face do not spread and stay on the acne, wudu is not invalidated. If they overflow the acne and spread outside, wudu is invalidated.
