Is it permissible to perform prayers in places where people walk in shoes?

Islam is the religion of cleanliness.
The body, clothes, house, workplace, street and city of the Muslim must be clean.
Taharah from hadith (cleaning from ritual impurity) means to make wudu for a person who needs wudu and to make ghusl (have a bath) for a person who needs ghusl.
On the other hand, cleanliness is one of the conditions of the worship of prayer (salah).
Taharah from najasah (cleaning from material impurity) means cleaning the body, clothes and place of prayer from things that are religiously deemed dirty such as human blood and urine, the urine and feces of animals such as horses and sheep.
Prayer is not performed without fulfilling the condition of cleaning from ritual and material purity.
Unless there are things that are religiously deemed impure in the place you mention, prayers can be performed there.
