mazi in islam(i.e precum)??

assalam o alaikum i used to masturbate a lot but now i want to stop.the max time for me to control my rage is 6 days..and after that its impossible for me to stop it..and i commit a gunah(masturbation)...but from the past few days i gave up every thing(watching movies,listening to songs,watching tv etc) but then also it won´t help..so instead of masturbating i just take out the transparent liquid precum(mazi) it really reduces the rage.so is it right to take out precum(mazi)??

Dear Brother / Sister,

The best thing is not to be engaged in any of those things. However, it can be preferred to committing a haram (like fornication). Inshaallah, you will not have the responsibility for a sin.
