Yes, there is a hadith like that. It tells us to be careful about it and not to cause our beloved people to go to Hell:
“There will be a time when the destruction of a person will be caused by his wife, parents and children. They will accuse him of being poor and demand things that he cannot afford from him; then, he will do things that will make him lose his religion and will be destroyed.”
(see Zaynul-Iraqî, Takhriju Ahadithil-Ihya-with Ihya, II/24; this hadith was also mentioned by Khattabi in al-Uzla and by Bayhaqi in az-Zuhd.)
