The Details of the Question
If a woman is byforce married(nikah) to a man and after it she flately refuses to go with that man and demands for talaq, my qstn are
1.what will the condition of talaq?
2.Do the girl perform IDDAH?
3.Can she marry to man she wants to marry right after the talaq?

The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
A woman has a right of getting Talaq from her husband. If a man gave her wife the right of Talaq (divorcement) beforehand then she can divorce from her husband.
A woman who divorces from her husband has to wait the iddah period.
She can get marry again after the iddah period.
