Does the right of the parents come first or the right of the wife?

- In some prayers in the Quran, the spouse of the person is not mentioned at all. First the parents and then all believers are mentioned.
- Does it mean that the responsibility to parents come before the spouse?

Dear Brother / Sister,

A person’s duties and responsibilities toward his parents are one thing, and his duties and responsibilities toward his wife are another. They should not be confused with each other. It is not appropriate to compare them. Both are different.

A person can act in accordance with the rights of both his wife and his parents. They do not prevent each other.
