The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
It is haram for a woman to show her hair to non-mahram men while making wudu and at other times. However, it is not haram for her to uncover her head where there are no men. Therefore, it is permissible for a woman to make wudu while her head is uncovered where there are no non-mahram men, for instance, when she is at home or in a closed place.
It is haram for a woman to show her hair to non-mahram men but it does not invalidate wudu.
