The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
At-tahiyyat and salawat are duas (prayers). However, the duas of Rabbena are verses from the Qur'an.
Rabbena Atina Supplication: Surah al-Baqara, verse 201: "O our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the hell fire."
The dua of Rabb'anagh-firli: Surah Ibrahim, verse 41: "O our Lord! cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness― me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established!"
