I just want to ask,can a (muslim) girl love a (muslim) boy in her heart and pray that she be married to him; or can a muslim boy love some muslim girl & pray that he be married to her? The Answer

Yes, they are allowed to pray for it. However, they are not allowed to have wishes and desires contrary to Islamic ethics.
