The Details of the Question
If it cannot be held without wudu, can the same thing not be valid for a computer, CD, disk, etc that include the Quran? Is Mushaf not a cover/sheath?

Mushaf is the name given to the Quran. It is not permissible to hold even one verse of the Quran without wudu. The cover/sheath that is adjacent to Mushaf cannot be touched without wudu. However, it is permissible to touch the cover/sheath that is not adjacent.
It is permissible to hold the Quran that is in a CD, disk, computer, etc without wudu. For, they are not the Quran.
Besides, the Quran written in them is written electronically.
