accountability

Salaam Sorry Im not sure if i have selected the right category. I wanted to know to what extent a muslim would get accountable. For example, every time i see other muslims celebrating other religions, by giving christmas cards etc i always think that if i dont tell everyone i come accross that its like a form of shirk, then i will be held accountable to such extent that i am commiting shirk although it was some one else. This is something that i was told ages ago

Dear Brother / Sister,

Even if you don’t warn them, you won’t have sin. However if you think that it will be useful then you should warn with an affective and good language.
