What is the sunnah way of sitting while eating?

It is sunnah to sit by bending the knees or by sitting on the left leg while the right leg is upright and bent from the knee while eating. (see Ibn Hajar, Fathul-Bari, Sharhu Sahihi Bukhari, 9/446)
