Dear Brother / Sister,
The Prophet (pbuh) stated the following:
"If you read al-Fatiha and then al-Ikhlas while going to bed, you will be safe from everything except death." (Kanzul-Irfan)
The Prophet (pbuh) stated the following:
"When you go to bed, say,
"I take refuge in Allah’s perfect words from his wrath, penalty, evil of His slaves, attacks of devils and their coming near me."
If you say it, nothing will harm you and you will deserve not to be harmed." (Abu Dawud, Tibb, 19;Tirmidhi, Daawat, 90; Muwatta' Shiir, 9)
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said,
"When you enter your bed, read the chapter of al-Kafirun. For, this chapter is acquittal from polytheism." (Tirmidhi, Dua, 22)
