name as- samad

sir, can I keep the name of my son as-samad....... if not what would be the right way of addressing the name samad. ie al- samad, as-samad, abdul samad or just samad.

Dear Brother / Sister,

Both Samad and Abdussamad (not Abdul Samad) are recommendable names. You can choose one of them. But the name as-Samad is not a convenient name, because it describes Allah Almighty.
