Is it wajib for women who are menstruating to utter takbirs of tashriq on eid days?

Takbirs of tashriq are wajib according to many fiqh scholars and sunnah according to some scholars. According to Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad, these takbirs are wajib for those who are responsible for fard prayers. It does not matter whether a person performs a fard prayer individually or follows an imam, whether he/she is a resident or a traveler, a villager or a city dweller, a man or a woman. Such takbirs of tashrik are uttered in congregation or individually; they are also uttered as qada if they are missed. Men say it aloud while women say it silently. Takbirs are not uttered after witr prayers and eid prayer.

According to Abu Hanifa, takbirs of tashriq become wajib for free people, who are residents and men, and after a fard prayer performed in congregation. Therefore, takbirs of tashriq are not wajib for travelers, slaves, women and a person who performs a fard prayer individually. However, if they follow an imam, they utter takbir together with the imam. Takbirs of tashriq are not uttered in small places where Friday and eid prayers are not performed. They are not wajib for the excused people who perform the noon prayer in congregation on Friday. 

It is not fard for women who are menstruating to perform prayers and it is not wajib for them utter takbirs of tashriq.

If a prayer that is missed on tashriq days of a year is performed as qada on the tashriq days of the same year, takbirs of tashriq are uttered at the end of that prayer. However, if it is performed as qada on other days or on tashriq days of another year, takbirs of tashriq are not uttered.

If sajdah as-sahw, takbirs of tashriq and talbiya are to be performed at the end of a prayer, sajdah as-sahw is performed first followed by takbirs of tashriq and talbiya.
