Is it permissible to perform all prostration of recitations together after finishing reading the whole Quran?
Dear Brother / Sister,
It is not obligatory to perform a prostration of recitation (sajdah at-tilawah), which is wajib, as soon as reading the verse of prostration. This prostration can be performed afterwards too. It is still regarded as performing it on time, not qada; this is the decree that is accepted. However, it is makruh tanzihi to delay it unless there is a necessity.
It is wajib to perform it immediately while performing a prayer because it becomes part of the prayer. It cannot be performed as qada outside the prayer. It is necessary not to delay performing sajdah at-tilawah after a verse of prostration is read more than reading three verses.
According to Imam Abu Yusuf, it is wajib to perform sajdah at-tilawah immediately outside the prayer too.
It is the best to perform the prostration of recitation as soon as reading the verse of prostration while reading the whole Quran but it is permissible to perform them together after finishing reading the whole Quran.
