Anas Ibn Malik narrates: When the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) came out of the toilet, he would say,
غُفْرَانَكَ، اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الّذِى اَذْهَبَ عَنِّي اْلاَذَى وعَافَانِي
“Praise be to Allah who removed from me what was injurious and restored me to soundness.”
