One Supplication Every Week- 38th Week

Hz. Abbas narrates: I said,

“O Messenger of Allah! Teach me a supplication that I can say when I want something.”

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,

“Ask health (wellbeing) from Allah.”

I went to him a few days later and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Teach me a supplication that I can say when I want something.”

The Prophet (pbuh) said,

“Ask health (wellbeing) from Allah in the world and the hereafter.”

(Tirmidhi, as-Sunan, V, 534)
