One Supplication Every Week- 16th Week

According to what is reported from Hz. Aisha,

the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said,

“When one of you eats, he should say,

 بِسْمِ اللهِ 

(Bismillah).

If he forgets to say it at the beginning, he should say, when he remembers,

 بِسْمِ اللهِ فِي أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ 

(Bismillahi fi awwalihi wa akhirihi)

(I start eating with the name of Allah at the beginning and at the end.”
