The Answer

Dear Brother / Sister,

1. A supplication of Hz. Ibrahim:

“Rabbij’alni muqimassalati wa min dhurriyati rabbana wa taqabbal dua. Rabbanaghfirli wali walidayya walil muminina yawma yaqumul hisab.”

The meaning:

(O my Lord! Make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and also (raise such) among my offspring O our Lord! And accept Thou my Prayer. O our Lord! Cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness― me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established.)

2. JALAL: Allah, who has grandness, loftiness and majesty.

3. O Allah, You are peace. You are free and away from all deficiencies. Peace (salvation in the world and the hereafter) comes from You. Blessed are You O Possessor of Glory and Honor.

4. There is none worth of worship but Allah alone, Who has no partner, His is the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He is able to do all things.

5. We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all creatures.

6. It is sunnah to call adhan and iqamah. Therefore, missed prayers performed without calling adhan and iqamah are valid.
