Dear Brother / Sister,
It is stated in hadiths that "oppression is a major sin and that Allah rendered oppression haram bot for Himself and among people."
Allah gives some respite to the oppressor in this world but He takes the oppressed person under His protection, accepts his prayer and takes his right from the oppressor on the Day of Judgment.
1. "Allah gives some respite to the oppressor. Once He catches him, He will destroy him." (Bukhari ve Muslim, Hud , 11/102)
2. "Beware the prayer (dua) of the oppressed person because there is no veil between his prayer and Allah." (Bukhari, Zakat 41, Muslim, Iman 29)
3. "Rights will be returned to their owners on the Day of Judgment. Even the right of the hornless sheep will be taken from the horned sheep and returned to it. " (Muslim, Birr 60)
4. "Anyone who has something obtained with oppression from his brother should ask forgiveness from him before the day when gold and silver do not exist comes. Otherwise, some of his thawabs will be taken from him and given to the owners of the rights; if he has not enough thawabs, the sins of other people will be loaded on him." (Bukhari, Mazalim 10; Riyadus-Salihin, p. 186, ff)
