is it true if a woman leaves house without covering her hair her wudu breaks?

The Details of the Question
i am aware of the written reasons for breaking of wudu, however, i was told recently that a woman who goes out without covering her hair, then her wudu breaks, therefore, she should perform wudu before commiting to pray.

This information is not correct. Going out without covering the hair does not break someone's wudu.
