Is hadd penalty given to a person who donates sperm and who becomes pregnant?
- Is hadd penalty applied to a woman who becomes pregnant using someone else’s sperm other than her own husband’s?

It is not permissible; it is haram; both giver and receiver become sinners; but since there is no actual fornication, the penalty of hadd is not applied.
The definition of the fornication that necessitates had penalty is certain. Hadd penalty is not applied for the acts that do not comply with this definition; other lighter penalties are applied.
