Would a person rewards for doing the job even though he/she wasn't allowed to access the job?

The Details of the Question

Salam, Simply speaking without much of depth discussion or opinions- a woman went to do a job outside the house when her husband denied to do let her go out for the job.Now If she does the job by declining his rejection then would her income of the job be halal and would she receive spiritual rewards for doing the job even though she wasnt allowed to go outside for the job? Another simple way to put it that,If a woman get rejection on the participation on a voluntary war but she still participated and fought then would she receive spiritual rewards for the fighting of the war even though she wasn't allowed to participate? I am NOT implying voluntary participation such as voluntary assistance like giving weapons, food supply to the warrior from her our possession as this is free of permission I know of as here she doesn't need to be physically there for the battlefield. I am mostly confused because one analogy talks about she doesn't get reward but another analogy says she may get rewards for the war even though sinful for nushuz because allowance on participation of the war for physical fighting and physically fighting the war are two separate things which isn't like doing hajj with stolen money. I see both analogy present in reality but needs to distinguish what actually fits here

The Answer

Dear Brother / Sister,

If a husband does not give permission for his wife to work despite having a legitimate and valid reason, she bears spiritual responsibility for working without his permission; however, this does not affect the ruling on the wages she earns. The earnings of a person who performs their work properly and lawfully are halal.
