Will you give information about the times of ishraq, istiwa and isfirar?
Dear Brother / Sister,
Ishraq Time
It is when the sun rises a spear-length. What is meant by it is the lights of the sun turning white from yellow. The lights of the sun turn yellow with the effect of the atmosphere breaking the light. It is makruh to perform prayers up to this time. Eid prayers are performed after that time.
Istiwa Time
It is when the sun is at its peak. There are two different views regarding the issue. According to the first view, istiwa time includes zawal time and a few minutes before it. That is, the total time of istiwa when it is makruh to perform prayers is about ten to fifteen minutes. According to the second view, istiwa is the middle of the day, which starts at imsak time and ends at sunset.
Isfirar Time
It is when the lights of the sun start to turn yellow. It is the symmetrical time of ishraq time. That is, when the vertical angle of the sun falls to five degrees, it is isfirar time. It is makruh to perform prayers at that time.
