Is dry-cleaning permissible?

When a garment or object on which blood is smeared is dry cleaned, is its impurity removed? Is it permissible to perform prayers with that garment?

The religion of Islam gives great importance to the cleanliness of clothes. The following is stated in the Quran:

"O thou wrapped up (in the mantle)! Arise and deliver thy warning! And thy Lord do thou magnify! And thy garments keep free from stain! And all abomination shun!" (al-Muddaththir, 54/1-5)

Impurities on garments can be removed by washing them by hand or washing machines; they can also be cleaned by dry-cleaning machines.

According to the knowledge obtained about the application called "dry-cleaning"  from the people in that business, dry-cleaning is done washing by a stain removing agent or by doing local cleaning; in local cleaning, the part of the garment that needs to be cleaned is determined first; then “the stain in that part is heated, rubbed and softened with steam and stain removing agent, and the wetness that occurs is vacuumed by air.”

There seems to be nothing contrary to religious cleanliness in the garments cleaned like that.
