is it true if a woman leaves house without covering her hair her wudu breaks?

i am aware of the written reasons for breaking of wudu, however, i was told recently that a woman who goes out without covering her hair, then her wudu breaks, therefore, she should perform wudu before commiting to pray. However, i cannot find anyway where this is written, therefore, to your knowledge is this true?

This information is not correct. Going out without covering the hair does not break someone's wudu.
