The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
A person who puts on khuffs after making wudu can take them off and put them on again if something that breaks wudu has not taken place. His wudu continues.
If he has made wudu by wiping over khuffs and takes of his khuffs after that, his wudu is invalidated.
A person who has made wudu by wiping over khuffs and takes of his khuffs when he still has wudu, it is enough for him to wash his feet only.
