The Details of the Question
I have a question regarding inheritance. If a woman is survived only by her son ,two brothers who are married with children. She would like one third of her inheritance to go to charity. How should the remaining two thirds be divided among her only son and two brothers. The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
All of the inheritance is left to her son. No inheritance is given to her brothers. However, she can give as much as she wants to her brothers while she is alive.
