The Details of the Question
If a women who is survived by only her son [one] and younger brothers [two]. The brothers have wife and children. She would like to give one third of her money to charity. How should the remaining two third be divided among her son and brothers. Please could you advise as soon as possible.

The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
When that woman dies, all of her inheritance will be left to her only son. However, if she wants, she can give some or all of her property to charity institutions or to her brothers when she is alive.
