Did we commit a sin that we didn’t inform it to our parents about our physical relation and on other hand we committed sin by kissing or touching or even i removed her clothes in car so our nikah is still valid or not?

My nikah was performed 6 months back but it was only a nikah and not a complete marriage because my wife didn’t leave her parents house and will move at my house at marriage after one year.After Nikah,we both started talking on the phone & after couple of weeks we both planned to see each other without informing our parents. The same day we could not stop ourselves in car and started kissing & touching & which now brought both of us at the stage that we completed our husband wife relation.

Dear Brother / Sister,

If the nikah was solemnized in front of the witnesses, your marriage is valid in terms of religion, although you have been living in different houses.
