How permissible is it to have a sexual intercourse when one is pregnant?

Dear Brother / Sister,

It is permissible to have a sexual intercourse with a pregnant woman by taking into consideration the state of the woman in terms of health and unless it is harmful to the woman and the fetus.

Islam did not determine a time limit for sexual intercourse for pregnant women. If there is no drawback to it in terms of health, there is no drawback in terms of Islam.
