gowing hairs on the head

The Details of the Question
my question is about growing hair on hairless heads. Those people who are hairless they grow hair on their heads, as I know and as I hear the doctors use a kind of skin for growing hair on their heads. If they use any kind of skin I think the water can not reach their heads. So what is the fatwa, will their gusol and wodu be right according to Islam or not? The Answer
Dear Brother / Sister,
The wudu will be valid. As for the Ghusl; Hair is transplanted on the head skin. The doctors do not use a kind of skin in such an operation. In this regard hair transplantation is not an obstacle for the ghusl and wudu.
