The chapter of al-Anam, verse 13
"To him belongeth all that dwelleth (or lurketh) in the night and the day. For he is the one who heareth and knoweth all things."
The domination of Allah is confirmed in the verse above; it is stated that along with what is in the skies and the world, whatever dwells in the night and day, that is, every being that has time is from the land of Allah and that Allah knows every being, everything that happens, whether in the darkness of the night or the brightness of the day.
